To implement the "Patent Agency Rating Standard" (DB11/T 1182-2015), the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association initiated the 2023 Patent Agency Rating Evaluation in September 2023. The evaluation adhered to the principles of openness, fairness, and transparency. A panel of experts conducted a document review on December 20, 2023, followed by on-site evaluations from January 5 to January 30, 2024. The rating process strictly followed standardized scoring criteria, assessing agencies based on the completeness and quality of their submitted materials. After expert scoring, industry evaluation committee review, and deliberation by the executive council, the final results were confirmed and publicly announced with no objections. Out of 50 agencies evaluated, 24 were rated 5A, 15 were rated 4A, 9 received a 3A rating, and 2 were classified as 2A. Uni-intel was honored with the prestigious 5A rating.
